Any dispute will be processed in the UK and under UK laws.

Membership of the choir

It is in the absolute discretion of choir's Administrator and Musical Director (currently Diane Cecil and Sheila Dursley respectively) whether or not to accept any application to join the choir.

The Administrator and Musical Director may suspend or cancel any membership if in their absolute discretion such action is in the best interests of the Sounds Like Fun choir.

No membership payments shall be refunded in full or part to any member.

Performances, events and activities

Everyone takes part in performances, events and activities at their own risk and agrees that Sounds Like Fun nor any of our team, volunteers or members will be held responsible for any injury, accident, loss of money, or any other negative impact or experience.

Performances, events and activities can be affected by things that are outside the control of the Sounds Like Fun team.

Refunds for performances, events and activities payments shall be entirely at the discretion of the Administrator.
